Next to an estate home that recently sold for more than $2 million and just steps away from the delightfully modern Haven Spa is this downtown Boquete house.   The house was artfully designed with a flowing open floor plan.  Built by Prestige Builders, a highly respected Boquete luxury home builder, the residence has lots of special touches.

The kitchen has lovely imported American kitchen cabinetry as well as beautiful granite countertops.  The kitchen's island is so convenient for cooking or entertaining.  The large double sink and special kitchen fixtures are great to have.  The home is two bedrooms with a nice master suite as well as guest room with en suite bath.  The master bath has designer bowl sinks with designer faucets.  The attractive light fixtures bring a soft and relaxing mood.

A two person jacuzzi tub soothes you after your invigorating day amongst the hills of the charming village.  The living room is well-laid out and provides easy access to the backyard.  The rear of the home is an oasis.  Tropical plants well-cared for help set the mood. Step on to your terrace and enjoy the raised sitting area which takes in a great view of Jaramillo in the Talamanca mountain range.  An additional lot was purchased behind the home and added to the property providing a beautiful backyard for the home.  The property now has Oranges, Bananas and berries. An iron fence with stately pillars provides added security and style.  All major appliances are included. House size is approximate under roof.

And it's so convenient.  It is an easy walk into the center of town from here.  A Wonderful Downtown Boquete House option now for sale.
