Over 3 acres.   Simply the only site of its size in downtown Boquete within a block of Main Street and away from the river that could accommodate  a very large hotel, large supermarket or major condominium complex.  This one is just a short block from the Main Street or Avenida Central. It has a flat topography, is mostly rectangular and is poised to be the site of a major new commercial or development project.  It’s position somewhat elevated from the main street makes for excellent view potential.  Given it is setback a block from the buzz of Main Street, also a slightly quieter option is used for residential purposes.

Downtown Boquete is experiencing rapid growth and development. Each month it seems that new buildings are springing up, remodeling is underway and new businesses emerge.  The number of lots in downtown able to accomodate a large homesite or a commerical enterprise is dwindling. This is one of three important parcels now available on the high side of the downtown.

Just a few steps from banks, pharmacies, supermarkets, restaurants, clubs, bars, and retail stores.
