There is a highly exclusive area of Volcancito down the street known as Calle Arco Iris (Rainbow Road). The neighbors have recently cooperated to transform it into a brick road, the only one of its kind in Boquete. The result is beautiful. It provides a grand entrance. As you come down a hill, you find some of the most impressive residences and estates in the area.

In this prime neighborhood, is this 1 hectare view lot, part of a 10 acre farm property.

It is a great spot for a home. The lot is sloped, but in such a way to ensure fabulous views and lots of great landscaping options. Views are mainly toward Jaramillo and the ocean. A wonderful home site.
