In beautiful Las Olas resort's residential development is this affordable flat building lot for sale.  The lot is within the gated community and has views to the beach and mountains.  It is just a few steps from the beach.  There is a row of high-end beachfront homes and lots, the access road and then this lot is on the other side of the street of that access road.

Las Olas in La Barqueta is the closest accessible recreational beach area to David Panama and the Las Olas resort is by far the most developed in Chiriqui Province with swimming pools, tennis courts, hotel and an excellent restaurant.
